Leigh Merriman

Hi! I’m Leigh, founder and broker at Merriman & Co. I always knew 9-to-5 life was never going to be the life for me, so when I received my real estate license in 2015, I hit the ground running. What I thought might just be a side hustle turned into an all-out obsession, and has led me to meeting so many amazing people and helping them do big things. Like a buying and selling homes! As much as I love real estate and sales, I also realized that I’m obsessed with seeing other people killing it. With that in mind, I knew I had to grow a team of like-minded individuals who wanted take on the real estate world in a different way. And just like that, this real estate brokerage was born. Jon Merriman

Hi, I'm Jon! I'm Leigh's husband and the other half of Merriman & Co. My expertise lies in the Construction Management field, having worked on development projects including Huntington Bank, Chase, and the Facebook Data Center here in Columbus. Prior to entering the commercial construction world, I was involved in residential construction for almost ten years. Leigh's passion for real estate inspired me to become a licensed agent in 2019. Our different skill sets compliment each other perfectly when it comes to assisting you in the purchase or sale of a home. Lisa Dennie

Lisa is a lifelong resident of Central Ohio. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Ohio State University and has been a high school Spanish teacher for over a decade in the Olentangy School District. She entered the real estate world as a side gig in 2017 and has killed it ever since!

Lisa wears many hats and does it with such grace. She is the life of the party, event planner extraordinaire, wife, step momma, teacher, world traveler, and best of all, badass real estate agent.  Whether it is working with first time home buyers or slinging million-dollar homes, Lisa will do it with the upmost attention to detail.  She works specifically with only a handful of clients at a time in order to go above and beyond and make the experience extraordinary for you!

Caryn Grogan

Shana Sokol

Say hello to Shana, a transplant from Southern California to Ohio, and the perfect addition to Merriman and Company! Why would anyone move from CA to Ohio, you ask? Shana wanted to raise her family in a peaceful environment where her kids would have room to play and to be near family. In January of 2017, her family made the trek across the country and settled in New Albany, Ohio. She entered into the world of real estate while still in California, managing a high-end rental property, but Shana and her husband had dreams of opening a candy store. In 2018 they made those dreams come true here in Gahanna. Now, Shana has ventured into the real estate market and is looking forward to making dreams of buying and selling homes come true for her clients in Ohio.

Tiffany Luckhaupt
